Every year, WalletHub ranks states based on which are best for raising a family. To create their rankings, "WalletHub analyzed 52 factors, including home affordability, to come up with its findings. Its analysis was organized into five categories: family fun, health and safety, education and child care, affordability and socioeconomics, which includes things like unemployment rates," Realtor.com. So which states are in the top 10 according the WalletHub?
