Salsa Lessons at The Oasis – 6550 Comanche Trail, Austin, TX 78732. These free classes take place on Sunday’s from 7:00pm-10:00pm. You’ll enjoy learning a variety of different dances, listen to great music, and enjoy the stunning views of Lake Travis.
Yoga on the Plaza at Whole Foods – 525 N Lamar Blvd, Austin, TX 78703. Happening every Monday at 7:00pm, this class fills up fast so make sure to arrive early to get a spot. You’ll also need your own mat, water and towel.
CrossFit Austin – 410 Pressler St, Austin, TX 78703. CrossFit is one of the most popular fitness crazes around. CrossFit Austin offers a free community classes throughout the month at their Downtown and North locations. Contact them directly to register.
No Excuses Running Club – Different Locations. Happening on Monday’s at Wednesday’s at 5:45pm, come join a focused group for warm-up, running activities, cool-down, and group stretching. All fitness levels are welcome!
